Perspective
It's all about perspective. Christmas can be a time to connect, celebrate and truly be engulfed in gratefulness or frantic, exhausted and overspent. It feels like it is a tug of war but maybe that is looking at it from the wrong perspective. And worse, or better? perspective is an ongoing present moment ever developing never developed position. In other words, I am constantly choosing my perspective, how I will look at the Christmas season, how I will respond, react and proceed through it.
Perhaps sticky notes to remind myself? I choose joy, celebration and connection and now those words sit on my desk on sticky notes to remind me, it is my choice how I look at Christmas.

An exercise in perspective! It is so easy to switch between the two views once you see them both but you cannot see them both simultaneously. It is a choice.
